Strata Rx Conference

CEO Colin Hill co-chaired the Strata Rx Conference, held October 16-17 in San Francisco. This first-of-its-kind conference focused on using big data to enable personalized and predictive medicine in order to achieve better patient outcomes and lower costs. This can be done by harnessing the explosion of healthcare data–from next-generation DNA sequencing to electronic health records, longitudinal claims data, and personal health device data (mobile health/quantified self).

The time for this is now: the integration of multiple types of data from different parts of the healthcare system represents a major opportunity for disruptive solutions. At Strata Rx, industry leaders and innovators will share what they’ve learned about parsing this data with next-generation analytics tools in order to better understand the drivers of patient health outcomes and care costs.

Speakers and stakeholders involved in this conference represent the leaders in the health insurance industry, the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, academic institutions, hospitals, government, and patient advocacy groups. This will be the first conference to bring together the leaders who are using data to transform healthcare across new product development (pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices), the delivery of care, and paying for that care.
